Paella


The great SevilleĀ“s chef Mariano delight us during the ESPANARAB race with a great paella, a typical dish very common in Spanish and its gastronomy. However, its history and its origins are Arab, they imported rice from the Far East and its advances in irrigation systems helped to cultivate in large quantities. On the other hand also imported the cultivation and trade of saffron ingredient that gives color and flavor to the paella.

A Spanish dish but with Arab flavor.
